How therapy can help

At the heart of my work is the belief that many of us spend years becoming who we need to be in order to survive, cope or belong. Therapy offers an opportunity to gently explore those layers and reconnect with the authentic self beneath them.

You may be feeling…

  • Anxious or emotionally overwhelmed
  • Disconnected from yourself or others
  • Stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful
  • Struggling with self-worth or identity
  • Affected by past experiences or relationships
  • Experiencing grief, loss or depression
  • Unsure how to move forward

I work with adults, children and young people experiencing a range of emotional difficulties including anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, overwhelm and life transitions.

My practice is culturally aware, inclusive and informed by an understanding of mental health within the modern world. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, cultures, identities and experiences and offer an inclusive and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ clients.

Ready when you are

I offer a free initial telephone consultation to explore what brings you to therapy and whether we feel like the right fit. Sessions are available in person in Chorley, Lancashire or online.
