About me

A little about how I work

Francesca Sajad

Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

My path into counselling and psychotherapy has been shaped by a deep curiosity about people, relationships and the ways in which we see ourselves and move through the world. I believe that meaningful change begins when we feel truly seen, heard and understood.

My own experiences of navigating adversity and healing from trauma have given me a deep appreciation of both the courage it takes to seek support and the importance of trusting in a therapeutic relationship when we feel at our most vulnerable.

I hold a degree in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. As an integrative therapist, I draw from different therapeutic approaches, tailoring my work to the unique needs of each individual.

How I work

I offer weekly 50-minute therapy sessions in person or online.

Some people begin therapy with a specific concern they would like to explore, while others may be experiencing a general sense of overwhelm or emotional difficulty without fully understanding why. There is no right or wrong, and no expectation to have all the answers.

Ready when you are

I offer a free initial telephone consultation to explore what brings you to therapy and whether we feel like the right fit. Sessions are available in person in Chorley, Lancashire or online.
